We would like to inform you that we are a private institute and therefore have no health insurance contracts.

How do I get to my first appointment?

To arrange your first appointment, you are welcome to contact us personally, by telephone or by e-mail from Monday to Thursday from 7:30-17:00 and Friday from 7:30-15:00.
Please come to your first treatment 10 minutes before the agreed time to take care of everything organizational and to arrange follow-up appointments.

Do I need a doctor's prescription?

A prescription from your general practitioner or specialist is necessary to start the therapy.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

In addition to your prescription with diagnosis, date, form of therapy and number of units, we kindly ask you to take with you any existing findings as well as MRT / X-ray images. Come in comfortable sportswear (shorts & T-shirt). Separate changing rooms, showers, towels and lockers are available.

How does billing work?

At the end of the therapy, you will receive a total invoice from us, which you can submit to your health insurance company and, if applicable, your private insurance company after payment by payment slip. Attached to your bill you get the original prescription and the approval of your health insurance company.

How and when can I cancel an appointment?

An appointment can be cancelled at the latest 24 hours before the agreed date by phone call, e-mail or message on our answering machine. Missed appointments or late cancellations will unfortunately have to be billed.
All our treatments take place in individual therapies and are subject to precise scheduling, so please be punctual and let us know if you are late!
